The additional bedrooms feature 2 queen beds, a set of bunk beds, and a queen air bed for extra guests. The oversized kitchen, complete with a large island, is perfect for preparing meals for the whole group. - No cleaning of fish or scallops on the porches
- Smoking ONLY allowed outdoors away from entry doors
- Dispose of all scallop shells offsite
- No shells are to be placed in trash cans or in the water
Before you leave
- Return Full Access Keys - there will be a $50 charge for key replacements

- Property manager is not responsible for left behind items and we do not ship items but will arrange pick up within 30 days of departure
