You have so much room to hang out with family in the oversized living room thats open to the spacious kitchen. A place everyone will enjoy being after a long day and hot shower. The back porch is for sippin' and relaxing so plan to come and stay awhile if a true vacation is what you need.
It is centrally located and close to all the amenities with a view of the pool and shuffle board.
The resort is full of a variety of things to do like swimming, tennis, fitness center, sauna , volleyball and basketball, Tennis courts and even a petting zoo. Plus bring your boat and enjoy the ease of docking in one of the 22 community boat slips at first come first serve basis and no extra charge.

Rental minimums:
2-night minimum stays except for holidays and scallop season (minimum 3 nights). Rates subject to change without notice.
Payment Schedule:
50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Damage deposit:
A pre-authorization of $250 is due 1 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure.
Refund policy:
100% of payment is refundable if booking is canceled 30 days before arrival. 50% of payment is refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival.
